The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional who can support various HR functions, contribute to a positive employee experience, and help drive our HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting preliminary interviews. Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
